Played around with this on the Wii at my moms house on Saturday afternoon. Burned appx 110 calories in about 25 minutes. Sweat a lil big. Lots and lots of squats are involved. My legs were KILLING me yesterday. I was limping around everywhere. They still hurt today too. I didnt stretch first. Stretching is key people!!! Not sure what I am going to do tonight. Was thinking of doing one my Jillian Michaels dvds. Or Treadmill. decisions descions.
